Today, February 11th, is the first day I'm keeping track of what I eat, and how much I'm exercising. I'm a mom of 3 with the youngest being 2 months old, so I'm not expecting to lose weight all at once...I am going for a slow but steady approach, while I change the foods I consume to healthier options. My exercising these days consists of housework and carrying my son, who is already 14 pounds, around most of the day. My sleep schedule is non-existent...lol. I do not get enough sleep each night, so I know I will not have much energy for extra weight loss exercizing...so I plan to watch what I'm eating for the next few month, until I can get a better nights sleep on a regular basis. I weigh 148 lbs right now, and would love to get down to 120 by the years end, hopefully sooner, but I want to make sure I keep it off, not just lose it.
