I've had an easier week as I've made most meals so I haven't been guessing my quantities. It's also been a gassy week at crossfit, so I'll have definitely burned off more calories there. Thank goodness!

This wasn't a surprise, we've replaced the scales now. If I don't lose next week, I'll have to revisit my calorie calculator. I'm still not as active as I usually am because of my shoulder but I have been to crossfit three times and after tonight, I will have run three times too.
