This brings my total weight loss since January 3, 2016 to 105 pounds. I still would like to get to 199 so this last 25 pounds is not going to go easy. I think my body is starting to suspect I want to leave a large part of it in the dust and it is constantly adapting to my LCHF & IF lifestyle. Even seems on a 10 day fast I am lucky to lose 2 to 5 pounds. I think I am eating too many carbs and in order to get the scale where I want it to be I am going to have to go 20 grams of carbs a day or less. I have also cut back to 1 bulletproof coffee a day and maybe just a coffee with heavy cream late afternoon! I have some serious issue with skin hanging all over so it's a good thing I look good in cloths because I am almost hideous naked. Now that you have that picture in your head enjoy the rest of your week!

I have been following the LCHF Diet from DietDoctor.com and not only have I dropped 85 pounds in the past 7 months I have been able to abandon all medications I take for Type 2 Diabetes. The last 3 A1C Test have come in at 6.1, 6.0 and 6.1 and that is down from 14.8 in Dec 2015. LCHF worked for me and I hope if you start off on this program you have even more success then I. Remember you are defined by the food you eat so if you eat junk it will reflect in you being over weight! Eat Real food and become label conscience and by that I mean calories are not important what makes up your food is so that means the ingredients are the principle issue you need to be aware of. So if you need a pad and pencil to write down what is in the food you are buying then you need to stop buying that kind of junk. In food ingredients LESS IS BEST!

I really like this LCHF lifestyle with intermittent fasting. Currently we are doing the 5/2 which means we eat 5 days when we are hungry and the other 2 days we do a wet fast which means we have no food for 2 days but we take Water, Coffee, Tea and Pure Creamed Coconut. I do like to start my wet fast day with a glass of Sole and a cup of coffee with 1 Tbsp of butter, 1 Tbsp of Coconut oil and a tablespoon or so of 18% Cream. I drink water throughout the day and I enjoy another coffee around 6:30 pm with all the trimmings again. A good rule of thumb is to find a way to get 2 Tbsp of good grade Virgin Coconut oil into your body every day. So since April 18 I am down another 12.2 pounds. BTW if you are Dieting as you call it and you are always feeling hungry it is because you are eating too many carbs and not enough good fat. Good rule of thumb is 60%+ fat a day 25% Protein and 15% carbs Keep your carb intake around 25 to 30 grams per day) the high fat intake will curb all of your hungry pangs and if you do it right the weight will fall off like melting the whole butter you eat! Happy losing!
