Went shopping and got myself some new tennies. They have tubes and are super comfortable. I also went to kholes and picked up a few outfits. I just wanted to take a moment and say thanks Levi's for VANITY sizing your your 517 capri jeans. Seriously... I know I'm not a 4. I was a size 3 all through high school and I'm 20 pounds more then I was then. At most I'm a proper 6-8.

I was really lazy yesterday, low energy levels. blahh.. So I spent a lot of time on the computer researching my next work out challenge. And the winner is...... Chalean Extreme Deluxe. It's a 90 day program that is proven "clinically" to work on the concept that muscle burns fat. I also bought a 2 day fast to help boost weight loss. I've fasted before it's not a big deal. I tend to like the 24 hour water fasts best for a feeling of overall well-being, but I'll try this one and see how it works. I'm planning on doing the fast a couple days before I start Chalean Extreme, except for the fact that I'm doing a 30 day shred challenge. I think I'm going to overlap the challenges and do both for a week.
My weight loss has really stalled. I lost almost 10 pounds when I went on a Vegan diet but my weight stalled and I was concerned about protein. I can't have soy because of the thyroid medication I'm on and beans have a lot of carbs. I decided after I lost the excess weight I'd go back to eating a Vegan diet.

After a week off from logging my food, I'm back at it again. My menu for today:
Breakfast-Coffee with natural vanilla cream, fresh sliced strawberries mixed with plain Greek yogurt. I think I'm gonna have to work on liking the yogurt lol.
Lunch- Left over turkey burger from yesterdays lunch with salad greens, cucumber and tomato. Watermelon for desert or a snack before dinner. We picked up a small watermelon over the weekend and I cubed up half to make it easier to eat. People with ADHD tend to not want to take the time to slice stuff. So it helps out.
Dinner- Grilled Tuna steak with stir fried veggies. I should probably add some salad greens here, we'll see how hungry I am.
Hubby will not eat fish so I have to make some hotdog rolls today to go with his bratwurst. Notice the WURST in bratwurst? I think it's very telling...

A 1.4 pound gain. Not too bad considering my monthly visitor just arrived. Hopefully my next weigh in will be down that and then some.
