After a week off from logging my food, I'm back at it again. My menu for today:
Breakfast-Coffee with natural vanilla cream, fresh sliced strawberries mixed with plain Greek yogurt. I think I'm gonna have to work on liking the yogurt lol.
Lunch- Left over turkey burger from yesterdays lunch with salad greens, cucumber and tomato. Watermelon for desert or a snack before dinner. We picked up a small watermelon over the weekend and I cubed up half to make it easier to eat. People with ADHD tend to not want to take the time to slice stuff. So it helps out.
Dinner- Grilled Tuna steak with stir fried veggies. I should probably add some salad greens here, we'll see how hungry I am.
Hubby will not eat fish so I have to make some hotdog rolls today to go with his bratwurst. Notice the WURST in bratwurst? I think it's very telling...
