I will enter a better bio when im not trying to do this on a cell phone!! Long story short, I started at about 300 lbs some years ago and through some extremely unhealthy methods went down to about 206. At 161 with about 30 lbs to go I now eat right, exercise 6 out of 7 days a week, and will begin using the other tools and trackers on this site once our move is complete and we have the internet working :-)
