Very proud of myself this week, ate healthy and up to 1400 calories a day. i already feel better and light, not bloated and regretful as always. (i hated myself then) Today, was my cheat meal day and I'm back on it tomorrow. I should get back to the gym this Sunday. i think I'll be weighing myself once i feel confident enough.
Any tips on how i can boost my metabolism?

The recipe is for the pasta for 4 servings, according to my calculations its 366 cal per seving. Broccoli and carrots as veggie sides. i love the broccoli crunchiness combined with the oasta. Yumm.

Late dinner because i was busy all day. had a salad and water earlier around 2 pm. Now, a minestrone soup with baked chicken. I should stay off pasta for a bit, i won't eat anymore until next week. for drink i am Having water again. This soup us greaat!

So I fasted all day, only ate a taco which was like 200 calories, And I just got back from eating out I feel a little guilty but I'll get back on track tomorrow. Home cooked meals + Lots of veggies for the rest of the weekend, I guess I'll have cheat meals on Fridays, But still up to my calorie limit I will never go over.. Or so I hope.
I must say this dinner made me sleepy and groggy, I'm not sure why honestly. Could it have been the fat?
