I dont know why it's been so hard to start eating healthy again?! I don't feel motivated.. I'm gonna blame the cold weather lmao. I keep saying "I'll start tomorrow" but next thing I know, I'm eating a big meal and drinking Coke. I'm cleared to start excercising too, I just need the energy. I have fallen into a schedule of sleeping at 1 am and waking up at 12 pm, which eats up all of my day time and rarely do anything. Aaaaaagh, why can't I naturally be fit lol 🙄

I also want to eliminate the diagnose of Obesity every time I go to my Dr. I get sad every time I read it 😥

I already want to start exercising but I'm scared it'll affect me. I've seen many warnings about excercising pp.. I have a follow up appt this Thursday and I'm hoping Dr can give me the go on it.

So disappointed in myself, did good during the week but Sat & Sunday I did bad. WAAAAY over my calories and I can feel it T.T
