I've been overweight my whole life. I've tried dieting too many times to count. I always seem to only loose about 20 pounds at a time then gain it all back again without even realizing it. I need to loose 100 pounds. I'm trying the Atkins diet and I am going to stick to it and stick to my excersising. I will appreciate any tips/motivation anyone can give! My husband needs to loose about 150 pounds so he's dieting and exercising with me but he's not as strict about the new diet plan as I am and I'm trying to push him some but I know from personal experience that if your own heart is not in it, you won't loose and stick to the plan.
