Day 1- Today I will have a low carb day (60g) and keep my protein and fat near 200g (fat may be closer to 150g). This week I will cycle 2 low carb days, 2 fast days, and 3 bulk days with heavy lifts. Today I will do a light-medium weight lower body circuit and with higher reps and sets. Goal is to keep insulin sensitivity high and control/slow release of igf-1 while keeping levels high enough for muscle conditioning/maintenance as i try to get leaner over the next few months. I'm probably between 10-11% bodyfat (I can see intercostals, serratus, outer abs but a little blurrier for middle inner abs) and i will do this semi cut until around 6.5-7% bodyfat. I will then begin a lean bulk for the next 6 months or so.
