OMG I just did 30 minutes of cardio where like my heart was pumping like crazy the entire time. I started off by doing 30-sec intervals of jumping jacks for like 15 minutes until I had cramps in both of my legs. (And I drank like five glasses of water throughout which SAVED me.) Then my legs were so sore, but I wanted to keep going to 30 minutes so I could even out my calorie intake for the day, so I just ended up doing stuff like jogging in place and the thing where you bring up your knee to touch your opposing elbow. I was so sweaty after the first minute I swear. And my legs were burning and cramping up but it felt GOOD!!
Then I took a nice five minute shower and washed my hair. My body feels amazing. I don't think my heart has worked that much since band camp ended in October. It seriously feels like my heart did a detox like it cleared out the cobwebs. Wow. I feel like I have new blood circulating through me. XD
Now I'm going to drink three more glasses of water and go to sleep.
