I had half an apple and some hard cheddar cheese, large coffee with two equals and vanilla caramel coffeemate. I am consistently falling behind in drinking water. Doing much better with late night eating, this week not so much. I am trying to eat a decent meal before 7pm to avoid late night snacking that hits me when I eat later in the evening. Some nights I come home start eating and do not stop until I go to bed. Crazy! My goal is to control carbs, less than 60 a day and forego sugar, unless it is in a piece of dark chocolate. My unguilty pleasure.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life. Each day is, it starts with getting up. Today I choose to eat healthy and nourish my body and treat it like the temple God created it to be. I have abused my body with food and now suffering the consequences of bad management. My knees hurt, and one needs to be replaced, it's hard to find comfortable shoes and my body is stiff. I feel old.

Today I had summer sausage (three slices) cheddar cheese and a small piece of apple, large cup of coffee with creamer and sweet and low. For lunch I had a quesedilla with cheese, chicken, veggies
2 glasses of water
greens and six chicken wings, two cookies (macaroons small)
bedtime snack small bag of lays chips.
