Today I had summer sausage (three slices) cheddar cheese and a small piece of apple, large cup of coffee with creamer and sweet and low. For lunch I had a quesedilla with cheese, chicken, veggies
2 glasses of water
greens and six chicken wings, two cookies (macaroons small)

bedtime snack small bag of lays chips.
297.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 132.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
