under exercise calories burned?
I think what you are refering to is our metabolic basal rate- correct? but how do we do the equation to determine how many calories our bodies are using? Is this basal rate determined by our weight? then considers how many mets it uses?

how are rest and sleep calories determinied
It seems as though under the exercise section there are a lot of calories burned for sleep and rest. How are these determined? Is there a formula to determine calories at rest during sleep and rest?
