I got out of my boot 2 weeks ago. I've gained almost 10 pounds since I changed from birth control pills to an IUD. This is the heaviest I've been since 2021. I don't know what to blame, but I know abs are made in the kitchen so that's where I'm focusing. Back to working out, toe is hard to bend and my leg feels weak but I'm pushing carefully and deliberately. Another point in my life where I have to lose 20 pounds. I can do it...it went from 145 to 154 so fast I know I can shed it off. 😭🤘

Weight is a mystery. I haven't been over eating. but good news, I am boot free since Wednesday last week! Happy holidays everyone now to join the resolution-ers in a 2024 slim down. 😀

Had my follow up today and the blood clot is gone in my leg!!! So happy 😊 Tomorrow I see if I can get this boot off. Woohoo 🤘

So I've been off estrogen for the first time in 15 years due to getting an IUD. I feel like I'm gaining weight really fast instead of losing. Maybe it's salt and carbs from rice & all the stir fry we've been cooking. We shall see how the weekend goes.
