Its not flex friday so lets call it Thrust Thursday lol! 25 lb plate landmines dont look that impressive but holey moley I was sweatin'. The add on attachment to our rack was a total game changer!

I am frustrated. I'm averaging 1200-1300 cals weekdays and 1600 weekends. I'm working out vigorously for an hour 4-5 days a week lifting and cardio. I burn 200-400 cals per workout. I feel like I'm doing a good job and getting no loss. I can see the gains in muscle but what is it gonna take to get lean? 800 cals? It's CICO at the end of the day. Advice appreciated 🙏

I was craving veg this morning so I steamed some asparagus and mixed veg, one slice of toast and butter, with 1 egg. Plus tomatoes as always! About 300 cals rounding up.
