Gaining weight during Phase 1
Thanks for the reply. I have been struggling for the past 6 years to lose those darn 10 lbs. Ever since I became a vegetarian 6 years ago, I packed on the 10 lbs and was never able to lose the weight, no matter how much I exercised or counted calories. My biggest problem is that I love eating too much.

Gaining weight during Phase 1
I need some help! I first started with Atkins for 5 days until deciding to switch over to SBD as a healthier choice. When I first started Atkins, I lost about 3 pounds in 5 days, but now i've regained it all back and am the same weight as when I first started. I cannot stop munching on food (all protein of course). I'm always hungry even if I eat a lot. I thought the amount of protein i can have was unlimited. I limit my carbs to what is acceptable, but still find myself gaining weight and not losing any at all. Is it because I'm consuming too much protein? I also feel like the sensor that's suppose to tell me that I'm full isn't working!
