I'm going on a cruise in January with my new boyfriend, the first time I've cruised with a man in about 30 years! I want to lose 20 pounds by then. I started a new eating and exercise program just this week (Monday), and am going to the gym to walk 3.5 miles at 3.5mph on the treadmill, followed by working on a few machines. In 3 days I am down 3.5 lbs. ... but it's always easy at the start! I need support and input from this site to keep going! Thanks...
