A 48 year old laid back guy with a few pounds to lose. I have always been active with soccer, skateboarding, snow boarding, running, etc., up until a few years age. I get over whelmed with things in my life and exercise and diet are the first things to be deleted from my calendar! I am starting the 5:2 Fast Diet this week and 3 days of cardio each week. I have enjoyed P90X3 and the T25 programs, so I will use these or run with my boys. I am going to try and add some social networking to see if it will help keep me motivated as well!
