I have always loved to workout, however, in my 20's lacked the discipline to train to compete,at 30 I had my son and then did not seem to have enough time and then I decided to compete in my first Figure Compeition for my 40th birthday. I did well and placed 3rd overall. I then took it easier for the next year due to a busy schedule, etc. and then started hitting it hard again in September 2009 and then in January deciced to enter my second competition in April. I won my Pro Card in the Master's division, over 40, and 3rd Overall and 2nd in Fit Body. All pumped up and wanting to get my Pro Card in Fit Body...next competition is in July. You can see my before pictures at http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/sualley99/. I started at 143 in May of 2008 and compete between 115 and 119. I LOVE they way I feel and look better in my 40's than I did in my 20's or 30's...minus a few wrinkles! LOL! My passion woul be to inspire others to pursue a healthier lifesytle through proper nutrition, exercise, increased knowledge on chosing the right kind of foods and overall positive thinking! I wish all of you on this wonderful website the best in your endeavors and if I can ever be of help or inspiration..it would be my honor!
