It was a rough week last week with the holiday, but back at it this week, goal to lose 2lbs, gonna train hard and see results through diet

Have been sick for about 5 weeks, since about saturday I have felt back to normal, still feeling fatigued in the upper body muscles, but its time to get back to the diet, increase the food intake a bit, but still healthy foods.....Celebration dinner for as my friend in the trenches says for "getting rid of this weight" I don't ever want it back.....extremely pumped for him...his hard work has paid off and he is looking great right now...congrats BONE 2.0

great dinner, day off from the gym dodgeball night, so I am off to get some exercise

gym got my good last night, not too sore but I was tired last night, good dinner and slept well, lower body and the pool again today, dodgeball tomorrow so it will be an active rest day, keep the water intake up!
