I am so happy! I can't believe how much weight I've lost so far. I'm eating pretty clean - veggies, fruits, and lean meats and then having 2 cheat meals a week.
It takes some preparation for sure, but it is worth it!

I can’t breathe, but I still find strength!
The road is long, but I will enjoy the journey…
Can’t Breathe!
Today I finally met with the pulmonologist (Still need to see podatrist, pain specialist, and therapists, but I’m taking it one step at a time) who helps me with the Sleep Apnea, but today we were talking asthma. And my oxygen level was at 84% (should be close to 100%) which is rather troubling.
I told her how I have such a hard time breathing now and can’t get my asthma under control and as such can’t keep the machine on because it makes me cough so bad.
She is worried I could have something else like CPOD or other lung conditions. It could just be my weight and asthma, but she fears it could be more. So I have to have some more pulmonology tests and an echocardiogram. Sheesh! But hey breathing is important, so they tell me.
Can’t believe how bad things have gotten in the last couple of years – high blood pressure, bulging discs…and now maybe something else.
But no matter – I know losing weight won’t solve world hunger (lol)….but I think it will improve many of my conditions.
And these two things are huge: Once I lose weight I can get my tonsils taken out which will help with my other ailments. And then I can have another BABY!!!!
I’m thinking of making a dream journal which will hold everything I’m looking forward to. It sounds like a lot of fun and I think it will really help when I have days where I get frustrated.
No Gain, No Pain!
I met with Lindsey today. She trains me on Mondays and Thomas will on Thursdays. I’m really excited about it. I think she is going to be an amazing support emotionally. We talked about a lot of stuff today and I’m stoked. I worked out on the treadmill and on the rowing machine (which seriously is kick-ass). Then we did upper arms – damn Gina she worked me really hard. Love trainers!
I start the food program tomorrow.

Gonna quit (well mostly). I can have cheat meals (2 a week) so I think I may have one on occasion – but no more than 2 a week and since I normally drink it like water, it feels like quitting! Time to get serious.
