I am so happy! I can't believe how much weight I've lost so far. I'm eating pretty clean - veggies, fruits, and lean meats and then having 2 cheat meals a week.

It takes some preparation for sure, but it is worth it!
429.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 269.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
