Lunch: 1/2 sandwich 2 slices turkey breast w/ alfafa
Dinner: whole wheat noodles, ground turkey, w/ spag sauce
2 serving really goood

Lunch: hummus w/ turkey breast (2 slices) and alfafa
Dinner: Baby spinach w/ chicken and pickled onion
