Starting my Turbofire and my 1600 calorie count.

Breakfast: Shakeology
Snack: nothing
Lunch: hummus w/ turkey breast (2 slices) and alfafa
Dinner: Baby spinach w/ chicken and pickled onion



Drinks: H2O
Exercise: Turbofire 30 mins.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
