Being on the SB life style change, I have got motivation on keeping my meals on a tight rope. Also, I have been exercing morning and evening. I feel that I got a high on getting my weight down. So far so good.

Walked 2 hours brisk. Felt really good able to move faster than before. Very cautious of what I eat. Determine to drink at least 60-80 oz of water a day.

This morning my son and I went to Pearl Harbor gym to work out. I feel really good, however I am feeling tired. I guess I need to give my body 2 weeks to get used to it. I used the cardio treadclimber, bicycle and squats. I feel really good about myself.
I wish I start my life style changes earlier. Anyway, better late than never.

This evening my daughter has soccer practice. While she is practicing I will be walking around the field. Tomorrow my son and I will start going to the gyn before we start work. Let's see how we do.

My clothes were getting to fitted. I decided to change my life and start getting active and eating healthy. So far so good. I feel really good about myself since I been on the SB. I got more energy and I want to workout even more.
