Staying at 163.5. Discouraging. I'm also constipated. I'm adding nuts to my daily eating plan - let's see if this helps. Trying to record everything I eat. I need to cut diet coke out...still trying to do this. Have cut way back. Trying to increase my water intake daily. I've gotten in the habit of buying the sugar free amberlyn chocolates - with a net carb count of 2 for a bar (160 cals) - this s probably something I need to stop doing as well. When I eat a piece of a bar, it really takes all my will power not yo keep putting pieces in my mouth. Sometimes I succeed - sometimes I don't! I need to move more. Tomorrow I have another fat melting appointment. I would sure like to see some results from either my change of diet or these appointments!!! Some change for the better would be encouraging! I really need something (my weight) to give! And soon.
