Gosh, you just started. This is Day 8 for me (feels like forever), and I've finally managed to shake off 2 lbs. It wasn't until I started weighing myself at the same time and making sure I didn't have a lot of clothes on (jeans are HEAVY!). I have read on here that the Atkins products can have a negative effect while in Induction, so maybe watch that. We are in a similar boat. Don't give up!

Don't be discouraged! Plan and find ways to motivate yourself. Track your food. Go to the Atkins site and get sample meal plans. Plan out your week. Try new recipes. Make an inspiration board out of a cork board (Walmart 5 dollars) and put pictures, quotes, anything that inspires you to help you lose on it. The weathers getting nice, get out and walk and be active. Try a new exercise class. Read some fitness magazines. You can do it! Fake it till you make it!
