I am 42 and I lost 57 lbs in 2011. My goal is to be at 199 and maintain that weight. I am 5'10" and my husband likes me just the way I am. I want to be healthy, not skinny. I want to wear a size 12 off the rack at Macy's and I want to keep my blood pressure where it is now 118/68. I gained 6 lbs of the 57 I lost during the holidays and vacation. I visit the gym 4 days per week and I plan on losing this 26 lbs by the end of March.
