The scale put me down below 168 this morning, which is a good note of progress after a few days of being steady or slightly up. I'll weigh in tomorrow, which will be one month from my re-start date!
I'm between pants sizes, which is good but slightly awkward. My 'normal' jeans are now baggy and my next size down are a bit tight in the waist. Good problem to have, but I look forward to working my way down to having pants that fit well.

Today I had my first experience with someone ask me "have you lost weight?" This was from a woman I play soccer with who I hadn't seen in two weeks. I was pretty excited. I still don't feel like I look any different, but she definitely seemed to notice. That made me feel good.
Steady again today-- actually a very slight uptick since yesterday, but I don't think it's going to stick. Will weigh in here later.

I'm hanging at the same weight for a few days, which I'm ok with given how quickly the first 10 pounds came off. I'm still keeping a check on calories, eating healthy and low carb, and exercising regularly --at least 30 minutes of walking each day, harder workouts 3 days a week. I think some of this is the weight loss slowing down a bit, and some is probably water retention. So, I just keep trucking.
My husband ("Teddy" here on FatSecret) is really sick right now with some kind of nasty cold. Maybe strep, we won't know until the test comes back. I'm sad for him, trying to help him get well, and also trying to avoid getting sick myself. Wish us luck. :)

Down into the 160s! This moves me from "obese" to "overweight" according to BMI. It feels kind of weird to celebrate being overweight, but I'll take it. :)
