Still sucking at the whole working out thing, but I feel pretty good knowing that what I am doing is still working for me. I have not gained anything since the last weigh in, nor have I lost, but steady is great for me considering! I am so hoping to get back into the gym next week...I know I keep saying this, but I have been so busy at work I hardly leave my office until it is time to go home. It sucks, but I am glad to have a job! Eating is going pretty good for me...I don't do things 100%, but I am still watching my portion sizes and try to eat nothing but the fruits, veggies & yogurt during the day so that at night when we don't have time to cook dinner I am ok with things. It is working well for me. Hope everyone is still doing good! Nothing but the best to you all!

I just can't get back into the swing of things...I don't know why it is so hard for me to just do this, but it is. I am still eating well and not gaining anything, but the gym is not happening. Maybe because I am playing softball 2 nights a week and volleyball once...but I know it isn't enough. Work has been so busy lately, by the time I get home at night when we are not playing I just want to sleep. I guess I can't complain too much seeing how I am not gaining anything from this lack of motivation! I know I just need to do it...that is the problem though..I say I am going to do it and then I don't! Blah...blah....blah...I know that is what I hear too, I guess I just need to get it done! Hope everyone else is doing good!

It has been so long...I gained a bit, but am pleased with the fact that it was only 1.5 lbs. I am back to eating right and will get back to the gym next week, things have been so crazy for me lately. Work is nutz, life is crazy...just want things to slow down a bit! Had a great time in Vegas, but since we got back it has been non-stop. Had a bad blizzard last week and expecting another one tonight and then again on Sat so that kind of kills playing softball, but oh well! Other then that things are going good. Watching what I am eating is going well and I am really pushing to drink more water. I bring it to work and then don't drink it, but I am pushing myself to get it drank! Hope everyone is doing well!

Well lets see...where to begin! I am so bloated right now thanks to my wonderful Aunt visiting...I hate it! I have not been able to go to the gym due to being so busy at work and then being sick. But I have been playing softball so I at least have that going for me. I am leaving for Vegas on Thursday so I have made the decision to just go out and have a good time and when I get back I will be refreshed and ready to go again..I am really bummed that I haven't made it to the gym, but work has been crazy and I have not even taken a lunch break in almost a week. Oh well, guess it is better then not having a job. Well, I wanted to stop by and wish you all the best...I will chat at you all next week on my new beginning again! Ta-Ta for now!

I was so excited when I weighed myself this morning! I can't even believe it....so close to being under 150!!! I am still not working out as much as I would like too, but I am doing what I can! I have to go to a meeting today and won't be able to make it to the gym again at lunch :-( but I am going to try working out again at home tonight...it didn't work out for me last night, my hubby had a softball game and then was asked to stay and play a 2nd one, so we were at the fields all night...it was so cold. The snow has melted again, but the temperature is still freezing...I am so ready for SUMMER!!! Well I guess I can't complain specially with the loss again, YAH HOO for me!!! Hope everyone is doing well!
