Work out gain weight, don't work out lose weight, help!
I have found that working out did not impact my weight loss much. However it impacted how I felt much more than even losing weight did. It is like the body was screaming out for it the whole time and I did not even hear it.

Also the human body can gain or lose 6 pounds in a day - especially a women's body. Day to Day weigh-ins are not that accurate. Trying every week might be better for the psyche.
