Alright....so after February 08, I got down to a lovely 123. I guess I thought that I had my 18-year old metabolism, and I ate like a pig. Now, I'm back up to 138, and annoyed with myself for eating so much crap. After packing on the pounds last year, I've finally decided it's time to get back to my old self, and I'm going on the Fat Smash diet. I'm hoping to drop 10 pounds in 10 days, but I think that's a little steep for my current weight. No matter, I'm sticking to it until I'm between 115 and 120. And then, I'm staying on a healthy eating plan! Now that I know my metabolism isn't what it once was, I won't take that for granted at all!
Here's to that itsy-bitsy-teeny-weenie-bikini that i want. woo-hoo!

I've come to the conclusion that althought I thought I was "doing enough," since I only want to lose between 10 and 15 pounds, the weight won't come off easily. So, I need to really step it up. I plan on doing cardio twice a day. I would like the disparity between what I've eaten and what I've burned to be at least 700 kCals. Then, it would be like every five days, I would lose a pound. Hopefully of fat. Anyway...I'm a stay-at-home mom, so I really have no excuse for not stepping it up, aside from my own laziness. So, here it is: I am now accountable for "stepping it up." Wish me luck!
