Weight is finally moving down! Third week of running in a.m. before breakfast, avoiding sweets at work, eating cinnamon apples or banana for snack and having mostly salad for lunch, followed by a light dinner. By avoiding sugar, my cravings for bad food has been almost nothing. Very encouraging!
