I am a vocal coach, and teach from home, so eating is very easy since there's always food around (and a deep fryer). My weight-loss journey started 5 Feb 2018 after I got home from going cloths shopping. I had purchased 2 pairs on jeans, and one of them, I bought a size bigger because it's wasn't a stretch jean. When I got home and I fit them on, neither of them fit. I realized that something needs to be done, not tomorrow or next week, but TODAY! Not being able to fit into a size 16 jean put me in an emotional and hysterical state. That day I decided; F*CK THIS! I drove back to the shops and returned both pairs, and walked into my local Checkers and purchased fruits an vegetables, and meat that wasn't deep fry-able. Ever since then, I have been watching my portions, keeping an eye out on when I eat... And am making good progress!
