Have not binged. Have eaten whole "clean" foods. Have walked 2 - 3 x week and gym once.

today i had whole foods, no junk food and i did walk.
ate too many pumpkin seeds - about 3 cups….
must cut seeds out….
too many calories…
but positive = whole foods.
