Have not binged. Have eaten whole "clean" foods. Have walked 2 - 3 x week and gym once.
Still eating a lot
PLUS
whole foods - no junk.
walking 2 to 3 xweek.

Improvement
Portion control.
Add strength training (arms)
Gym
123.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
