Okay, on June 28th I weighed 160. My HEAVIEST EVER! So I decided to quit the cokes, chug ONLY water, eat right, exercise and make the life change. A week later I was down 5 lbs. This past Sunday I started FatSecret and weighed in at 155. As of today, I am still at 155. Eating better every day. Last week I started super easy with working out. Maybe 5-7 minutes a day with arms, abs, etc. Last night I felt I needed and could do more. I was able to do an hour of weights with cardio...no problem. In the past, I use to think I had to force myself to do everyone else's pace. THAT is what made me unhappy. I kind of get it now. Now that I do what fits me, I enjoy it. Although, I, enjoying it, it still a struggle to get myself going. Lol.

I refuse to weigh in yet.
I didn't workout yesterday but I did move heavy furniture for substantial amount of time so I figure that was something. I guess it was a nice rest for my body. I plan on doing some lower body and abs today.
Overall, I have been really happy with myself with how I have been eating. Ive been eating better. Made great choices. Ive only had water for 9 days. That is a huge deal for me. I use to detest water and thought it was boring. Now I can not get enough of it. I can easily drink 9 bottles a day.
And so the day begins....

Today I am TOTALLY FREAKING OUT. it's been 7 days since I have started this life change. Constant water. Eating right. Exercising. All at a nice pace so I don't burn out. In a week I have lost 5 pounds. Yet, today I realized I have zero clue what I am doing. I have no clue what to eat. Do I do abs today? Arms? I have only been doing up to 10 mins a day because I'm not use to working out. And in the past I hated it. This way I at least make it a habit. I'm actually starting to love it.
I'm just all around confused. Lol.
