HARLOWJAMESON's Journal, 01 July 2015

Okay, on June 28th I weighed 160. My HEAVIEST EVER! So I decided to quit the cokes, chug ONLY water, eat right, exercise and make the life change. A week later I was down 5 lbs. This past Sunday I started FatSecret and weighed in at 155. As of today, I am still at 155. Eating better every day. Last week I started super easy with working out. Maybe 5-7 minutes a day with arms, abs, etc. Last night I felt I needed and could do more. I was able to do an hour of weights with cardio...no problem. In the past, I use to think I had to force myself to do everyone else's pace. THAT is what made me unhappy. I kind of get it now. Now that I do what fits me, I enjoy it. Although, I, enjoying it, it still a struggle to get myself going. Lol.

Still doing great. Don't stress over the numbers (I know, easier said than done), those are just numbers...focus on how you feel. Keep with the eating healthy and exercising, and your body will certainly thank you for it. You'll see the results in your reflection and compliments from friends and family.

We're practically about the same weight, I started at 160, it's been about a full week now and am now down to 155! It's gonna be tough but staying focused is key to getting to your ideal goals, YOU COULD DO IT!!!!

That is amazing!!! I feel better knowing someone is right there with me. I am super hard on myself and I know I will want to see results fast. I will have to pray for patience!! Lol. WE can do this!

It totally feels a lot better knowing that someone is on the same page as I am, it feels really encouraging and makes you want to try even harder! I want to see results fast too!!!One day at a time, I am totally not a patient person I tend to weigh myself every darn day lol, I think I might start logging in once a week! I hope a month passes by FAST with great results, I hope you have a great weekend and work toward your goals, stay focused...WE COULD DO THIS!!!
