Going back to weighing my food & counting calories as it seems to work for me. I will stay with no potatoes or pasta & restricting bread intake. No walk today as it has been a really wet day. Weight is still very up & down although I was 94.7 (208 lbs) so I have lost 4.2 Kilos (9.25 lb) since July 2nd. FINALLY below 15 stone!!!

Horrible cold & wet day today so not able to go for a walk so far. Hope I get out later. I don't mind walking in the cold but not too keen on getting wet!!

Have reached my first goal of 95 Kilos. How do I change my goal weight?
I am going to try the LCHF diet for 2 weeks, But will only have brunch & dinner. Spoke to a lady yesterday who said that it worked for her but was sustainable. But will just try it to see if it helps me drop the next 5 Kilos
