So I joined Tesco Diets today.
I find it's the sort of thing that really helps me. I am a huge fan of order. Lists, plans, check ins. If it's the way that helps me be succesful in acadaemia, then why not in other parts of my life? I followed my plan to the tee (I was allowed to sub in things that I already had at home as I only do grocery shops at the weekend) and I feel satisfied for the first time in a long time. That's what I discovered - it takes a LOT of food for me to feel full, and I eat slowly!
Here we go!

I'm really struggling today. Worked out properly for the first time in a long while, but then discovered lots of carby treats around the house. I won't eat them if they're not here, and I rarely get cravings to buy them. I'm going to do one of Davina's 30 Minute work outs this evening, hopefully to get back on top of this. I definitely eat a lot less if I'm smoking though... UGH!
Plan for tomorrow -
Buy some PROTEIN
Yoghurt, Turkey Slices, Tuna
I used to make these great turkey roll ups:
For each roll up-
1 turkey slice, spread low fat cream cheese ON the slice, then wrap around assorted fruit and veg. Strips of pepper, cucumber.
They would keep me crazy full all day long.

Start of my Easter Holidays - hopefully a time to be able to kick start this diet and exericise regime without lectures getting into the way. Hopefully, it'll then become second nature to me.
