Back in the Habit.
Went to my parent's house for the Easter weekend so couldn't keep track of what I was eating, nor could I get a workout in, but I did dance all Saturday night, so I guess that's a consolation prize.
Back to eating, tracking, working out and studying. Oh what a life I lead.
Down sides - the steroid injection in my hip is 2 weeks old, worked out last night and I'm back in pain all over again. Really can't be jeffed to go back to physio, but I also don't want to go back to low intensity exercise that doesn't lose me any weight. What ever to do?!

I have been following the tesco diets light choices plan, and when I record the calories on here I seem to be massively under eating. The calories must be in reference to Tesco branded products.
That said, I am feeling fuller for longer, and doing the 30 day shred challenge I'm drinking lots of water.
Now that I think about it, it's that time of day! I actually spend my day looking forward to working out now. WIERD.
