My name is Debbie I am a 45 yr old Grandma of 3 beautyfull girls a 1yr old , 3yr old, 10yr old. I have 3 wonderfull boys 16,19 & 27 and a 31 yr old step dauhter who pregnut at this time.And a great dauhter inlaw. I am 70lbs over weight, and I have a thyroid problem that has caused me to gain weight. I haven't found a diet that works for someone that has a thyroid problem, so if thier is anyone out thier with the same proble please let me know. I'm going to try the weight watcher. My dauhter inlaw says it is a good one, so here I go. I did try the slim Fast diet but had to becareful. and I have tryed diet pills and they worked for a while I lost 25lbs for my oldest sons wedding 2yrs ago along with the slim fast. I need to lost this weight because I want to run and play with the grand babys and not be winded when I run and play with them. I also need to start losing weight before I quit smoking, because I know I will gain some weight back when I quit. The way I see it is if I start a good diet plan, I will learn how to eat the right things now before I quit and I won't gain any weight back.( I hope )lol.. I put my husband on a diet also.

Yah I think you right 28 Calories is allfull low,But it's got to depend on how active you realy are.
