Little bit about me. Always have been an exercise fanatic. Stayed in shape even after a bunch of kids. Just now finding life too busy, which leads to eating wrong stuff, leads to eating late. leads to not exercising, etc. The story goes on.
Working 14 hours a day leaves not time (not really makes me lazy)
Decided that I need to eat properly and leave the sugar alone (my comfort food-sweets!!)
Eat no later than 6 pm. And except the mini challenges. Did the 450 squats in 3 days. May become a trend.
