I'm on another journey, you know the one...I've failed it many times before. I'm tired of yo-yoing!! Last year I lost nearly 40 pounds on my own, and then I just stopped...for whatever reason. I gained back a little over half of the weight. At one point in my life about 9 years ago I weighed 270 pounds and wore a size 26. Ever since then, I will diet here and there, lose 20-40 pounds, give up gain some back and repeat the horrible, vicious cycle over and over. Right now I weigh 227 and I'm in a 16/18. My goal is to weigh 175 and hopefull be a size 10/12. I joined a gym in February and I've been pretty consistent going three times a week and doing an hour of cardio and then the weight machines. I only lost about 4 pounds since then, and it hasn't been since being a member on this site about a week ago that I've actually lost noticable weight!! I'm down 6.8 pounds since the 15th when I became a member of fatsecret :) If someone out there would like to be my butt-kicking motivator, I could use ALL the help I could get!!
