This is totally amazing! When I decided to take the MORINDA 90-day FIT Challenge I had no idea that I could lose 25 Lbs of fat in 10 weeks. This is day 73 and I've gone from 230 lbs to 204 lbs and changed my body fat from 32% to 18%. I look like an entirely different person and I feel fantastic. 17 days to go and I would like to get my body fat down to 15%. Getting FIT and eating healthy are the the best decisions I've ever made.

210 LBS!! I've reached my 90 day goal in 8 weeks and lost 20 pounds of fat. I haven't just lost 20 pounds because honestly it appears to me that I've lost maybe 10-12 pounds. But I have truly changed how I look, my body composition has never looked better and I feel great. 33 days to go and I'm looking forward to finishing my 90-day FIT Challenge strong.

I am surprised at the rate the weight is coming off. Six weeks into my 90-day FIT Challenge and I've lost nearly 15 pounds.

Day 41 of 90-day FIT Challenge. Worked out with Mr. Ricky Lee Bryant this morning and yesterday morning. Ricky is a friend of mine from Niagara Falls, NY whom now resides in San Diego, CA. Ricky was in town and I met him while shopping at the grocery store. Mr. Bryant is a very accomplished body builder (Natural Universe 2005/2006)and a certified trainer. It was great training with him and he was very impressed with the progress I've made since entering my 90-day FIT Challenge.
