Starting today....1500 calories a day.
I am feeling a bit better not such a need for protection. I'd like to get under 150 to start. That's more reasonable and easier to obtain.
I had one Brain Spotting session and already feel like losing some extra weight.
I lost over twenty pounds using Weight Watchers and a Calorie program a few years ago, but when Dad died I put on ten pounds, then I was attacked January 9, 2015 and I put on more extra weight. My lowest weight was 139 and I felt fantastic!
I'd love to go back to that...

January 9, 2015 I was attacked in my apartment building.
I put on 3.5 pounds since the attack due to stress.

I have been following Joy Bauer for two weeks. I started out at 151.5 and now down to 150. My ultimate goal is 137. I stayed at 150 for the second week. Am going back to 1200 cas a day to get results. As my ultimate goal is 137 and I currently weigh 150 my goal is 13 lbs ultimately.
My weekly goal for the week is 2 pounds which will put me at 148.
