Starting today....1500 calories a day.
I am feeling a bit better not such a need for protection. I'd like to get under 150 to start. That's more reasonable and easier to obtain.
I had one Brain Spotting session and already feel like losing some extra weight.
I lost over twenty pounds using Weight Watchers and a Calorie program a few years ago, but when Dad died I put on ten pounds, then I was attacked January 9, 2015 and I put on more extra weight. My lowest weight was 139 and I felt fantastic!
I'd love to go back to that...
155.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
