First of all IGNORE MY PROFILE PICTURE it was my halloween outfit and was the only picture of me I could find on this laptop...
I'm 17 and I have realized that not only am I unfit but I have gained weight significantly over the winter months and the exam period.
This may seem like a petty reason to diet for some as I am not overweight, I am seen as high average to most people.
I agree, I don't have the most important reason for losing weight but I am not doing it for anyone else. I am doing it for me. I want to gain confidence in myself and I'd quite like to not be tired out after running up stairs.
Anyway, as I said, I am 17 and pretty shy (when met in person). I eat mainly vegetarian foods but I am not actually vegetarian. I binge occasionally but I am slowly getting control of that.
If anyone is still reading this and is actually curious, I'll just say to finish off that I hate writing about myself as I never know what to say. If anyone wants to ask any questions, just message me. I'd find that a lot easier.
