I have a question, need answered asap. for the two challenges 10% weight loss and no snacks or candy, when and how do I check in? Once a week or do I post everyday?

Awesome 4 lbs in 2 days, hope not all water weight since i'm dealing with some edema issues. Also I forgot to do the weight in yesterday to check off "yes pass and comment" Darn it but yes I did complete yesterdays challenge and will not make that mistake again. Looking for ward to todays challenge also. Good luck everyone.

Crap I forgot to do weigh in and report but Completed 15 burpees 20 sit-ups 10 burpees 10 push-ups 10 burpees 10 sit-ups Completed. I can feel it in my abs, feels good.

Today was a really good day, got a lot done at home, found some great finds. Started day with some of mini challenge, going to do the burpees and others in just a few minutes. laundry to keep on. Feels good to be moving.

Love todays mini challenge, will have try jog tomorrow almost midnight when new exercise is posted, did do 20 burpees with a bad knee did my best, 20 pushups, 20 sit ups, 20 squats, just so I did something. See you tomorrow. Happy exercising all.
